David Mauricio Eliasson
Co-Founder / CEO
David Mauricio is the co-founder of Premium Propiedades and writer for Medellín Advisors. Originally from Sweden, David first discovered the wonders of Medellín in 2012 while doing a year of study abroad at EAFIT University. Although he returned to Sweden to finish his degree in International Business, he had begun to plot his permanent move to Medellín after just a few short weeks of living here. He was a real estate investor and consultant in Sweden previously, and has now gone through the apartment purchasing in Medellín. He is passionate about using his real estate experience and extensive knowledge of the city to help other foreigners live and invest in Medellin.

Juan as a Rental Manager Assistant, brings a background in Business Administration and a specialization in Management from CEIPA. With experience managing different companies, including property management, a law firm, and customer service operations, Juan focuses on providing excellent service and supporting the rental management team. With strong knowledge of Medellín, negotiation, sales, and the local market. Juan is committed to helping clients find the right opportunities.

Since his graduation in 2018, has distinguished as a bilingual lawyer (Spanish and English), specializing in real estate law and urban planning from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. Due to his professional career, Alejandro offers extensive experience in corporate consulting, migration and in structuring commercial negotiations related to real estate, focused on seeking the greatest tax efficiency in Colombia for foreign and local investors.

Juliana is a trilingual (French, Spanish, English) graduate of Universidad de Antioquia. Upon completing her undergraduate studies, she moved to France for several years before settling on a master's degree in environmental management from the University of Cadiz in Spain. During her masters she became interested in real estate as well, and has now returned to her native Medellin to help serve the growing French-speaking expat community in the city.

He has more than fifteen years of experience in the Latin American insurance industry. Pacho joined Premium Propiedades in early 2020 and has since been a part of helping others discover the advantages and opportunities that the City of Eternal Spring has to offer

Juan Pablo was born and raised in Medellín. He began his professional career as a chef, studying at the Mariano Moreno Superior School of Gastronomy. After several years in the culinary field, he decided to take a new direction and dedicated himself to customer service, where he has accumulated over five years of experience. His background combines discipline, service orientation, and adaptability, qualities he applies to every position he undertakes.

She is a passionate real estate professional with over nine years of experience helping clients navigate luxury, investment, and commercial properties. Known for her strong background in sales and client relationships, she believes real estate is more than a transaction — it’s about building trust and creating opportunities.

Upon returning to Colombia, he brought experience in international relations and the banking sector. This background sparked his interest in the real estate industry, where he now plays a key role in ensuring memorable experiences for clients.
