David Eliasson
David is the co-founder of Medellín Advisor. Originally from Sweden, David first discovered the wonders of Medellín in 2012 while doing a year of study abroad at EAFIT University. Although he returned to Sweden to finish his degree in International Business, he had begun to plot his permanent move to Medellín after just a few short weeks of living here. He was a real estate investor and consultant in Sweden previously, and has now gone through the apartment purchasing process four times here in Medellín. He is passionate about using his real estate experience and extensive knowledge of the city to help other foreigners live and invest in Medellin.
Matthew D
Matthew, co-founder of Medellín Advisor, moved to the city nearly four years ago. Originally from the Miami area, he studied finance as an undergrad and then went on to get his MBA and become CFA certified. However, he left the finance world behind him after falling in love with Medellín and now works at a local university. He has tons of knowledge about Paisa culture that he loves to share with others.
